Governance Excellence: Board Effectiveness for Not-for-Profits
In today’s world, the need for strong governance leadership is paramount. Governance Excellence is a board effectiveness program designed specifically for not-for-profit organizations. This two and a half day program will help participants understand and embrace good governance practices.
"This 2 1/2 day workshop was not only invigorating and well organized, it was also easy
to comprehend. The 2 1/2 days went very quickly and I feel much more informed now
about Governance for our board."
Sue Morgan, Board President, Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region
Board chair/senior executive leaders who work with boards leading organizations that are operating in the not-for-profit sector.
"Governance Excellence provided a wonderful opportunity for board members
and senior leaders from a variety of health service organizations to dialogue, challenge
and learn from each other. The presentations generated lively discussion as well as
lots of practical ideas on how to take health care governance to the next level.
Well worth the investment in our leaders!”
