Introducing Crossing Cultures: Effective Communication in a Diverse Environment

To be an effective in cross cultural situations requires a strategic approach. 

Whether you are communicating with someone in your office who comes from a different culture or you are travelling to another country, there are myriad, often unrecognized differences in communication styles, and behaviours.  Reduce communication frustration and misunderstandings by identifying your style and that of your diverse customer base and workforce.

In this one-day customized workshop participants learn through strategic exercises, the Individual Cultural Evaluator (ICE)© questionnaire, and discussion.
